Education in border regions faces complex challenges, particularly in mastering global communication competencies such as basic English. The community service partner, SDN 22 Seladu, encounters obstacles including a lack of interactive learning media, low mastery of functional vocabulary, and high language anxiety among students. This Community Service (PKM) program aimed to empower students' basic English communication skills through the implementation of the Cue Cards method. The activities were conducted intensively from December 18 to 22, 2025, involving four systematic stages: preparation (initial observation and card design), interactive teaching execution, science and technology (IPTEKS) implementation (digitalization and media grants), and closing (final evaluation). The results of the program demonstrated a significant improvement in students' language proficiency following the intervention. Through a thematic approach closely related to daily school activities, the use of Cue Cards proved effective in enriching functional vocabulary, improving pronunciation accuracy, and drastically boosting students' confidence in practicing simple dialogues. Furthermore, digitalization through Digital Cue Cards and the grant of physical learning media packages successfully provided sustainable alternative teaching aids for classroom teachers. In conclusion, geographical constraints in border areas can be overcome with adaptive, creative, and engaging visual learning method interventions.
