Abstract

Rice as the main food commodity has a relatively high strategic value so that serious handling is needed in an effort to increase productivity. This study aims to determine the level of acceptance and income of rice farming (Oryza sativa L.) Rainfed Rice in Among Roso Farmers Group, Banjarejo Village, Gabus District, Grobogan Regency and determine the feasibility of rice farming (Oryza sativa L.) Rainfed Rice in terms of BEP and R/C at Among Roso Farmers Group, Banjarejo Village, Gabus District, Grobogan Regency. The basic method used is descriptive analysis method. The implementation method used is a case study. The method of determining the location is done purposively. Determination of the sampling of respondents using the technique of the sample method, simple random sampling (simple random). The population in the study was taken from farmers as many as 175 people, the selection of the number of samples in the study used the Slovin formula with an error rate of 20%, so the number of respondents in this study was 35 people. Data analysis was carried out by calculating costs, revenues, revenues, BEP (Break Event Point) and R/C. The results of the analysis show that: (1) the average total cost incurred by farmers in the Farmers Group of Banjarejo Village, Gabus District, Grobogan Regency is Rp. 6,082,959 per growing season, (2) the average amount of revenue is Rp. 21,970,823, (3) the average income is Rp. 52,160,998, (4) the average BEP of revenue is Rp.461,602/planting season, the average BEP is Rp. 642/season, the average BEP of production is 221 Kg/season, and (5) the average R/C value is 3.91, meaning that every Rp. 1.00 costs incurred, then the receipt of Rp. 3.91 in this rice farming activity is feasible.
