Coffee is a commodity that is widely developed in East Nusa Tenggara Province, including in Manggarai Regency which is one of the coffee producing areas. However, the average productivity of coffee in East Nusa Tenggara, especially in Manggarai Regency, is still very low, namely 341.8 kg/ha compared to Riau which is the largest coffee producer in Indonesia, namely 1,174 kg/ha. The method used in the study was qualitative analysis by measuring socio-economic factors (age of farmers, education level, number of family dependents, business experience) and quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression to determine the effect of each variable on coffee production. The sample in this study was 30 coffee farmers in Carep Village, considering that the area is a coffee producing area in Manggarai Regency. The data was analyzed using Multiple Regression analysis. The results of the study showed that several factors such as land area X (607), number of trees X2 (064), amount of fertilizer X3 (2.466), labor X4 (262), length of farming X5 (074) affect coffee production, it is hoped that farmers can develop strategies to increase production results.
