Peningkatan Kemampuan Menulis Surat Lamaran Pekerjaan Melalui Model Pembelajaran Think-Pair-Share Pada Siswa Kelas XII Babud2 SMAN1 Langke Rembong Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022
Abstract
This study aims to determine how the ability to write job application letters for class XII BABUD 2 SMAN 1 LANGKE REMBONG for the academic year 2020/2021 and to find out whether cooperative learning with the Think-Pair-Share model can improve the ability to write cover letters for class XII BABUD 2 students. SMAN 1 LANGKE REMBONG Academic Year 2021/2022. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) with two rounds (cycles). Each round consists of four stages, namely: planning, activities and observations, reflection, and revision. The target of this research is class XII BABUD 2 SMAN 1 LANGKE REMBONG Academic Year 2021/2022. The data obtained in the form of subjective test results and observation sheets of teaching and learning activities. Students' ability to write poetry and students' learning completeness in cycle I and cycle II increased. The average score of students' ability to write poetry in the first cycle was 71.23 and learning completeness reached 67.65%. The average score of students' ability to write job application letters in cycle II was 78.52 and learning completeness reached 85.29%.
