Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the implementation of quality culture in improving the quality of learning in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, as well as to identify the constraints and obstacles in implementing the quality culture, and to provide practical solutions for improving the quality of learning through the development of learning instruments by teachers and encouraging Madrasah students to increase the quality of learning activities based on the quality culture set by the Madrasah. The study was conducted for one semester, using a descriptive qualitative analysis method through classroom observation, analysis of learning documents, and a questionnaire to assess the students' understanding of the implementation of quality culture in the Madrasah. The results showed that the quality of learning in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah was still low, and the implementation of quality culture in preparing and implementing learning was not optimal. The lack of efforts from teachers and the students' lack of understanding of the quality culture were identified as the main obstacles in implementing the quality culture. The recommendations proposed include providing training for teachers to become the main drivers of the quality culture, encouraging the head of the Madrasah and teachers to lead by example in upholding Madrasah rules, and directing students to behave discipline and be active and creative in learning.
