Abstract

The implementation of Madrasah discipline policies is critical to maintaining a safe and productive learning environment for students. This case study aims to investigate the effectiveness of Madrasah disciplinary policies and the actions of Madrasah heads in enforcing rules and discipline in West Manggarai State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MIN) education units. This study uses a case study approach, collecting data from various sources such as interviews, document analysis, and observation. The sample was selected purposively, based on the availability of information and its relevance to the research question. Thematic analysis is used to identify patterns and themes in the data. This study is expected to provide insight into the challenges faced by Madrasah heads in implementing Madrasah disciplinary policies and the actions taken to overcome these challenges. It will also provide recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of Madrasah disciplinary policies and the role of Madrasah heads in enforcing rules and discipline at MIN Mabar. The key findings from this research will help in improving the learning environment for students and improve the quality of education.
