ANALISIS KESULITAN GURU DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN RPP TEMATIK

Abstract

The problem behind the research was difficulties of teachers in developing the thematic lesson plans. The aim of this research was to find out the difficulties of teachers in developing thematic lesson plans and factors cause difficulty of teachers in developing thematic lesson plans. The method of writing a thesis is literature study. Methods of literature is the method that is used by reviewing books or journals without requiring the research field. Mechanical collection of data in the writing of the thesis is, that is done by way of searching journals and book. Based on the results of the study found that difficulties of teachers in developing thematic lesson plans: teachers do not follow the training curriculum in 2013; they are difficult to define indicators and objectives of learning; they also are difficult to determine ratings. In addition to the factors causing difficulty teachers in developing thematic lesson plans are as follow: lack of facilities and infrastructure, provision of material teaching, as well as lack of teachers skills in making lessson plans according to curriculum in 2013. Based on the results of the study, teachers needd to follow the training curriculum in 2013 to overcome the difficulties, provide the means and infrastructure, and provide materials teaching in accordance with the number of students is how to address the factors causing difficulties teachers in developing thematic lesson plans.
