ANALISIS KEMAMPUAN GURU DALAM MELAKUKAN PENGELOLAAN KELAS MENUJU PEMBELAJARAN YANG EFEKTIF

Abstract

The aim of this study was to describe the teacher’s skill in managing the class. The good class management are able to support the successful of learning process also give the positive influence that is directly supplying the teaching learning process in class. The teacher could manage the class well if mastering the basic concept of managing class, tying to apply the various Approach by the situations, and analyzing the applied Approach. The method of this research was library research, in this case, the writer used books, research report, scientific writing, thesis, encyclopedia, the rules book, the accuracies book, etc. The researcher found that the teacher was able to manage the class well. It can be seen from the aspects of making lesson plan, mattering to manage the class in handling the students, having the ability to conduct the teaching process, having the ability to evaluate the studying results well, showing the positive feeling, also mailing the students experiences becomes meaningful.
