Background:The level of awareness among pregnant women regarding potential pregnancy danger signs in Third Trimester significantly influences the health of both the mother and the infant. The effectiveness of early detection of these danger signs heavily relies on the maternal knowledge level.

Objective: This study was conducted to assess the understanding of third trimester pregnant women regarding pregnancy danger signs, specifically focusing on pregnant women's awareness and understanding of symptoms that indicate potential complications. Conducted at the Bangka Kenda Community Health Center, this study used a descriptive approach with a cross-sectional method.

Method: The study population consisted of all third trimester pregnant women, averaging 40 per month, who visited the health center. A total of 40 participants were selected through total sampling. Data were collected through interviews and simple statistical analysis was conducted to determine the percentage of maternal knowledge.

Result: These findings provide a comprehensive picture of third trimester pregnant women's awareness of pregnancy danger signs.

Conclusion: revealed that among 40 respondents, some showed knowledge related to danger signs in third trimester pregnancy..
