Abstract

Background: Breech pregnancy is a maternal problem that can contribute to increased morbidity and mortality for mother and baby. The impact on the mother is that it causes the membranes to rupture more quickly, resulting in prolonged labor. Meanwhile, the impact that will have on the mother is asphyxia and birth trauma.
Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the determinants of adherence of adolescent girls in consuming Fe.
Method: The research design used is descriptive and the type of case study research. Pedomaan through observations, interview sessions, examinations and documentation studies.
Result: The care given to Mrs.A G2P1A0AH1: comprehensively this is by conducting midwifery care independently or with collaboration and early treatment.
Conclusion: No complications were found ranging from pregnancy care, to the provision of contraceptive services.
