Abstract

Background: Pregnancy over ?35 years can cause complications for the mother and fetus.
Objective: Providing comprehensive midwifery care to mothers with highrisk pregnancies during Pregnancy, Childbirth, Postpartum, BBL, Neonates and Family Planning.
Method: This is qualitative research, with a case study approach. The research was carried out at Pustu Karot, Langke Rembong District from 24 February 2023 to 08 May 2023. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews using instruments. Compliance with research ethics is carried out by informed choice, informed consent, initial and confidentiality.
Results: Comprehensive obstetric care in the third trimester of pregnancy went normally, there were no complications. Labor occurred normally spontaneously, there were no complications. Newborn babies are normal and have no problems. The postpartum period proceeded normally without any complications. The neonatal period has no complications. There is a gap in the choice of contraceptive methods, where mothers and husbands prefer to use PIL contraception.
Conclusion: In this study, no complications were found ranging from pregnancy, childbirth, BBL, postpartum, neonates. However, there are gaps in the choice of contraceptive methods. Further research is recommended regarding the reasons for choosing contraception.
