Background: Chronic energy deficiency is a nutritional problem caused due to lack of food intake for a long time but cannot be evaluated in a short time. According to WHO (2020), the global prevalence of CED is 35-37%. The countries that experience the highest incidence of CED in pregnant women are: Bangladesh 47%, while Indonesia is the fourth largest after India with a prevalence of 35.5% and the lowest is Thailand with a prevalence of 15-25%. KEK data at the Wae Nakeng Community Health Center in 2021 is 85 people or (20%) of 429 pregnant women and in 2022 as many as 65 people or (15%) of 432 pregnant women pregnant. With the COC assistance method, midwives can provide care to one patient and continuously from pregnancy, delivery, postpartum, BBL, neonate and KB.
Objective: The purpose of this study is to provide Comprehensive Obstetric Care to mothers with SEZ Problems during Pregnancy, Childbirth, Postpartum, BBL, Neonates and birth control.
Method: The method for writing this final report is qualitative with a case study design, data collection techniques, interviews, observation, care management and documentation. The subject of this care is Mrs. “Y” is 20 years old with chronic energy deficiency problems at the Wae Nakeng Community Health Center.
Result: The results of comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs. “Y” during pregnancy third trimester with CED, in the first stage of labor there are complications, namely the first stage of the latent phase with oligohydramnio and was referred to Komodo Regional Hospital, during the postpartum period it was normal there were no complications, during the neonatal period with normal neonates and acceptors IUD birth control
Conclusion: After providing comprehensive midwifery care to Mrs "Y" with CED only occurs in complications, namely in the first stage of labor in the latent phase with oligohydramnio, while the others walked normally/no complications.
