ELEJ Publishing System

English Language Education Journal (ELEJ) uses an online journal management and publishing system to facilitate manuscript submission, editorial management, peer review, and publication. Authors are required to register and submit their manuscripts through the journal’s online submission system. Each submission undergoes an initial editorial screening to assess its relevance to the journal’s focus and scope, compliance with the author guidelines, originality, and academic quality. Eligible manuscripts are then evaluated through a double-blind peer-review process. Based on the reviewers’ recommendations, the editor makes a decision to accept, request revisions, or reject the manuscript. Accepted manuscripts proceed to copyediting, proofreading, layout preparation, and online publication. ELEJ is published twice a year, in April and October, by the English Language Education Program of Universitas Katolik Indonesia Santu Paulus Ruteng. The journal accepts submissions throughout the year and provides open access to its published articles. Manuscript submission and publication are free of charge.
